Payment must be made at the time of purchase via Paypal.
It is helpful if your Paypal and Etsy shipping addresses match so I know where the item is going. Please check that this is the right address, if not make sure you leave a note for me with your order, telling me your current address.
Please contact me within 24 hours if you need to cancel your order.

All items are shipped by me from the UK.
Customers are responsible for any customs charges/import duty/taxes etc that they may incur in their country.
I aim to get your purchase dispatched within 3 business days for ready-to-ship items, 3 weeks for custom orders.
For UK orders I use first class post , which takes up to 3 business days.
For orders to the rest of the world I use Royal Mail Airmail which normally takes 6 - 14 business days but can take longer to some parts of the world.
These are guidelines set out by Royal Mail which are not guaranteed and customs checks can cause delays of up to 6 weeks
I obtain a proof of posting for all packages.
Your ceramic items will arrive securely wrapped in clean plastic bubble wrap, inside a strong envelope, so they get to you in perfect condition. I use recycled packaging and re-use envelopes / jiffy bags where possible.

Custom item inquiries are very welcome, please do get in touch via Etsy or my website to discuss your ideas. I can add lettering to most of my range for a small charge, which is a great way to make a gift extra special.

All of my ceramics are created by hand, and ceramic glazes vary slightly in each firing so no two items are identical. All my ceramic colours are colour fast and will not fade. Glazes often crackle lightly over time which adds to their character and does not affect the item's strength.
